Exchange and Returns Policy

  1. Exchange and/or Return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order by sending an email to us at care@stilostitch.com with the order number details.
  2. The applicability of exchange and return policy is subject to certain conditions such as:
    1. Customised order includes changes to sleeves, neckline, length, embroidery or ordering custom fit with your body measurements. None of the customised orders and custom fit orders are eligible for return and/or exchange
    2. In case of customized orders and custom fit clothing (with your body measurements)” orders only alteration request is allowed.
    3. In case of “regular” orders, exchange or return is allowed.
    4. In case of products sold during SALE/PROMOTIONS, no exchange or return is allowed.
  3. Alterations post the alteration window of 7 days from date of delivery will be accepted on a case to case basis and will be chargeable at an extra cost depending on the scope of alteration. Please note, we are not liable for alterations due to fluctuations in weight, error in size description in case of custom measurements, wear and tear of garments owing to regular usage.
  4. Reverse pickup facility is available for domestic orders. However, it may not be available at all locations. In such cases the customer will need to send the product back to us at our following office address at their own cost:

    The outline of process of return/exchange of orders is provided below:

    1. Once an email is received with your request, You will receive a confirmation call from our office.
    2. The reverse pick-up will be initiated thereafter by our logistics partner, who will get in touch with you and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the pick-up should be made within 5 days of receipt of return/exchange request. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for return/exchange.
    3. The field executive of our logistics partner will arrive at your place to pick-up the product for exchange. The field executive for delivery and pick-ups may be different.
    4. The user has sole responsibility to hand over correct pieces along with the original packing for return/exchange to the field executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece(s) is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece.
    5. Once the product is received by us, we will do a thorough internal quality check for it being unused, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent or any other suitable condition(s) for quality check of the product whatsoever, and also having the original tags/packaging in place.
    6. After the internal quality check, we will send out the product requested by you for return/exchange. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions of quality check mentioned in point (e), it will not be accepted for exchange/return, and will be returned to you at your expense. Please note an exchange request will be entertained only twice against the original order.
    7. For exchange cases, we will call/email you back once the quality check is complete. We will agree on the item to be sent in exchange and update your account.
    8. Please note - the entire process in case of an exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.

  5. In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request within 24 hours of the delivery of item, for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the damage/defect to care@stilostitch.com and we will help you out.
  6. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange/return within 24 hours by notifying our customer care, either by call or email along with pictures of the product to care@stilostitch.com and we will help you out.
  7. In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.). For prepaid orders banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end. For COD orders, we offer return/exchange but the amount is refunded as credit points on future orders. Also, COD handling charges charged at the time of placing the order are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not and our decision shall be final and binding.
  2. The usual processing/ approval time for any order is 12 hours.
  3. Cancellation request for the Orders must be placed by the customer within 12 hours of placing the Order. If you need to make any changes, email at care@stilostitch.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
  4. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The reason may include, but not limited to, non-availability of the products, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged or bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable in 7-10 business days or as per the Bank policies.
