We, at Live Satya Fashion Private Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘Stil-O-Stitch’), understand the value of your choice and timely delivery. It's important for you to receive order on time, and so we have transparent policy for payment and shipping.

1. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards as well as UPI, Net Banking, wallets such as Razorpay, Paytm etc., and any other payment channels for which options shall be provided to the users for making payments. Kindly check for the payment options at the time of checkout and payment confirmation. All orders will be charged immediately on order confirmation except in the case of “Cash on Delivery” (COD) mode.
3. COD is applicable only on Standard products, not on custom fit and customised products. On Order above INR 5,000/-, COD is not applicable.
4. Kindly note that COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, please contact our customer care at care@stilostitch.com.
5. There will be Rs. 99/- non-refundable handling charges additionally payable for COD option.
6. All promotional offers and gift coupons are available for one-time use only and are not transferable, re-issued, or exchanged for cash, unless explicitly specified.
7. Select your “custom clothing” and enter your “custom fit measurements” or select our regular sizing and add to the cart.
8. Please check your purchases and customization details before proceeding for payment.
9. An order confirmation is mailed to the customer's registered email address on successful completion of payment. In case you do not receive order confirmation within 72 hours of placing the order, then kindly contact our customer care centre at 1800 419 1291 or email us at care@stilostitch.com.
10. We love an easier way of doing business and it is our pleasure to offer free shipping to our valued partners. All orders over INR 1500/- within the territory of India are shipped free. For orders below INR 1500/- and additional shipping cost of INR Rs. 100/- will be chargeable.
11. All orders are made to order and usually take a delivery time of 12-15 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. However, we will not be responsible for delayed delivery for any reason whatsoever beyond our direct control.
12. You can track your shipped orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number from our logistics partner. You will also be able to view the status of your order online, along with tracking details, when you log into your account. Incase you have used the Guest checkout option while placing the order, you may open the “Track Order” page on the website and put your order number to show the status of your order.
13. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
14. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or lierted to a different shipping address.
15. We cannot deliver to multiple addresses in single order. Hence, we recommend placing orders separately in case of multiple locations.
16. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of successful order delivery from our logistics partner.
17. If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email from us, please contact us within 48 hours from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email. Stil-O-Stitch will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced packages if notified later than the time frame mentioned above.
18. Stil-O-Stitch reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 business days of receiving the order under unforeseeable circumstances including but not limited to internal quality compliances, insufficiency of fabric, incomplete or unsupported address location, special instructions that cannot be complied with etc. In such cases order will be entitled for refund. Kindly refer to Cancellation and refund policy for the same.
