I am tired of creating accounts. Do I need to register or create an account here as well, before making a purchase?

Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be much easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers. You can also access your previous purchases, track your current order and overall make the whole buying process easier and quicker. It also enables you to save your delivery details and body measurements, for ease of further purchases.

What if the items in my shopping cart are no longer available?

Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your Stil-O-Stitch Account. If you are not, please do so by clicking on the Login icon and make sure your cart has the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.

There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

First of all, we are really sorry for the trouble. Please call us on 18004191291 or mail us at care@stilostitch.com with your error message, and we will resolve the issue ASAP. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Is shopping at stilostitch.com secure?

Yes, shopping at Stil-O-Stitch is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (Razor Pay and Paytm) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Stil-O-Stitch. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

How can I pay for my orders?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net-Banking
  4. Paytm
  5. Wallet
  6. Cash on Delivery*

*Conditions –
COD payment can be done on orders upto INR 5000. INR 50 will be charged as handling charges for COD orders.
For orders above INR 5000, only prepaid options are available.
COD option is available only for standard sizes. For Customized orders and custom fit, we accept only credit/debit card / netbanking / paytm / wallet. Even if one piece in the order is customized/custom fit, it has to be a prepaid order.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery option for orders below INR 5000.

Do you charge extra for Cash On Delivery orders?

Yes, we charge INR 50 for each Cash on Delivery (COD) order as handling charges and this amount is not refundable in case of return/exchange.

What should be maximum order value for COD orders?

Cash On Delivery option is available only on orders upto INR 5000. Orders above INR 5000 should be placed through prepaid methods.

Is Cash On Delivery available at all locations?

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Stil-O-Stitch account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your Stil-O-Stitch Account, choose 'Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please contact our customer care on 18004191291 or mail us at care@stilostitch.com

How can I see my previous order?

If you have a Stil-O-Stitch account, you can Login in and go to ‘Past Orders’ to check your previous order. In case you do not have an account, please mail us your Order ID and email id care@stilostitch.com using which you had placed an order, and we will check and pass you your previous order info.

Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?

In case of exchanges, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a credit into a registered online account, however an exchange is possible only if the customer purchases the garment as it is without customization and custom fit.

What Are The Shipping Costs?

For domestic deliveries i.e deliveries within India, we offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500 and order below Rs. 1500 will carry a charge of additional 99 rupees which is non-refundable.

How long until my order ships?

We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 weeks depending on each style. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team.

Can I request a special design detail?

We value your feedback and opinion. We at Stil-O-Stitch offer the your stylist feature that enables us customer to enough clarity and assistance to make an informed decision.

What if a garment detail is not available?

Some detail of customize options will only apply on specific styles—for example, a special neckline, sleeve length, garment length and embroidery option may only be available in a specific garment only.
